Students study in greater detail the areas of instrumentation and robots. Each student will design, build and test their own embedded control system. This will include printed circuit board fabrication and construction. They will investigate the implementation of input devices, display units, sensors, motors, relays, solenoids and use their control system to implement these applications. Other essential areas of study are modern data communications and the installation and maintenance of computer networks.
