Course Description

This course is designed to provide students with a high level of proficiency in administrative, business and computer skills. They gain the knowledge to co-ordinate an organisation administrative activity efficiently and to store, retrieve and integrate information. Students are exposed to modern office technology and acquire skills in communications, customer relations and team working.

Students who successfully complete this course achieve a FETAC Level 5 Award in Business Studies (BBSXX) and full ECDL certification
