| This course is suitable for absolute beginners and is designed to equip learners with the necessary skills to design speciality cakes using sugar craft. The course will teach you how to apply almond paste, sugar paste, butter cream and royal icing. In it you will cover the novelty aspects of sugar craft making decorations for all occasions, such as festive themes (Valentine, Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Christenings, Birthdays, etc). The course will also cover piping and basic flower paste work. A list of materials required for this course can be obtained from the college. |
