FETAC Level 5
A nationally approved two year course accredited by FETAC (Further Education Training Awards Council) on successful completion of eight modules. Suitable for those already working in a variety of childcare areas, including: nurseries, creches, early childhood education centres etc. Also suitable for those with no experience in childcare who are interested in gaining employment in the area. It is necessary to seek four hours work experience per week in order to complete the practical assignments of the course. The course content relates to working with children between birth and the age of six. Certification on successful completion of two years:
