Programme of Study
This course is designed to train learners in all aspects of technology in the security industry. The practical element of this course provides learners with the experience to survey, cable and install security and CCTV equipment. They also acquire a detailed knowledge of general electronics and security procedures. Learners complete a twoweek work placement with a reputable security firm during the second term. Successful graduates of this course are eligible to apply for a licence as specified by the Private Security Authority of Ireland.   • Electronics
