Course Description |
| This course provides learners with the coaching and management skills needed to meet the demand for coaching in clubs, schools and colleges through the Tennis Ireland Coaching Certificate and also an opportunity to achieve a Full FETAC Award in Sport and Recreation Studies if they choose this option. Tennis coaching is provided by Peter Lowther, a Tennis Ireland coach and former International player. The Tennis Ireland Coaching Award is timetabled in four hour blocks over two days. The Awards are: Single Award Tennis Coaching Certificate (Tennis Ireland) Level 1 or Dual Award Tennis Ireland Coaching Certificate and FETAC Level 5 Award. |
