Course Description

This one year course is designed to
introduce the student to the
foundations of Television and Digital
Film production. Students will
acquire skills in Television Studio
Production, Single Camera
Production, AVID Film & Video
Editing and Internet Broadcasting.
Students will produce a portfolio of
work demonstrating technical
competences and skills required for
effective television and digital film
production. |

Graduates are prepared for entry
into the television and film
industries through the compilation
of a portfolio of work. There is also
the option of progression to FETAC
Level 6 Advanced Certificate EFTVP
within the college, as well as
progression to Diploma or Degree
level through the Higher Education
